Westmill Community Association is dedicated to supporting our local residents. In 2018 the committee felt there was a need for a defibrillator, accessible to all , so a huge effort was made by the community to raise the £1800 needed.

Our Friendship club made a generous donation. The Hitchin Community Choir held a concert and donated the proceedings. Nearly new sales and crowdfunding efforts, along with support from neighbours on the Westmill Estate meant that we raised the funds in a year. Working together the defibrillator was installed and registered  in 2020.
